Hi, I’m Jadie Junge — the heart behind Fern + Frame Photo Co. I’m a wife to Jayson, and a proud mama to three amazing kiddos: a seven year old, and a two year old set of twins! We live in the small town of Blairstown, Iowa with our sweet black lab, Ellie, soaking up all the beauty of slow, simple living. When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me tending to my houseplants, planting flowers outside, reading a good thriller, or spending time with the people I love most. I’ve always been drawn to storytelling and connection, and photography lets me capture those fleeting, magical moments — the kind you’ll want to remember forever.

Becoming a mom changed everything — it deepened my heart, my perspective, and the way I see beauty in the everyday. With three little ones of my own (including a set of wild, wonderful twins!), I know just how fast the moments pass — and how much we ache to hold onto them. The chaos, the quiet, the snuggles, the mess — it’s all part of the story. That’s why I’m so passionate about capturing motherhood in its real, raw, beautiful form. Not posed perfection, but the connection, emotion, and love that makes this season unforgettable.
I’ve had a passion for freezing moments in time since I was a little girl — chasing golden sunsets and capturing the fleeting, in-between moments of life. As I became a mama, my camera took a backseat so I could soak up every second with my little ones. But that dream of becoming a photographer never left. Now that my kiddos are growing and I’ve found a bit more space to chase my own passions, I finally decided to take the leap — and that’s how Fern + Frame Photo Co. came to life. While I’m still in the thick of motherhood (and may be just a tad delayed in getting back to you), I promise to bring heart, intention, and care to every session — and make sure your most meaningful moments are beautifully captured.
